The three bedroomed Florida villa is situated in the residential area of Fairway Oaks on the West (Gulf Coast) of Florida and overlooks the 15th tee of "The Links" golf course.

The renowned beaches of the Gulf Coast are within easy reach, as are the cities of Tampa, Clearwater and Sarasota.

The pool area benefits from the sun from mid morning until late into the evening. There is a shaded lanai and a dedicated sun deck.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, remote control television and an en suite bathroom with walk in wardrobes.

The second bedroom has a full size (double) bed and the third bedroom twin beds. There is also a second bathroom.

The lounge has two large sofas (with new "Italsofa" leather sofas in April 2008) and a High Definition LCD television and a dvd player. There is also a dedicated formal dining area with seating for six people. Meals may also be taken in the breakfast area of the kitchen or on the patio.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, toaster, coffee maker and a good selection of utensils. The washing machine and tumble drier are in a separate utility room.

The villa is fully air conditioned and cooling fans are provided in the lounge, the lanai and all the bedrooms.

Tampa international airport is a 35-minute drive away; Orlando Airport is a 2- hour drive, with the Disney, Universal and Sea World area about 90 minutes. Busch Gardens with its roller coasters and animal park is 45 minutes away.

The property is locally managed and our friendly British representative is available at any time.

The property is licensed and inspected by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants.

The renowned Bonati Institute is a five minute drive away.
