Our three bedroomed Florida villa is in a residential area (Fairway Oaks) on Florida's Gulf Coast and, using the Sun Coast Parkway, is a 35 minute drive from Tampa airport . The villa is ideally located as a holiday home as the renowned beaches of the Gulf Coast are within easy reach as are Tampa, Clearwater and Sarasota.
The pool is heated by solar panels. The rear of the villa faces West and benefits from the sun from mid morning until late into the evening. The pool deck overlooks the 15th tee of the "The Links" golf course which provides entertainment on most days. The golf course is open to the public and fees are very reasonable. There are numerous other Golf Courses in the area.
If golf is not your scene there are plenty of beaches; the beaches on the Gulf Coast of Florida are noted for their white sand, are highly rated and the sea is pleasantly warm. Shops and other attractions are all in the local area. The closest shops are a 15-minute walk or a five-minute drive away. Eating in is no problem as the villa has a fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively, there are plenty of restaurants in the local area.
Busch Gardens with its roller coasters, animal park and water park is 45 minutes away. Disney, Universal and Sea World area about 90 minutes via the Interstate.
Smoking and pets are not permitted.

The villa has been inspected, and is licensed by, the State of Florida for short term rentals and is locally managed.
